Growing The Right Tree

You will need:

1 lb cooking apples
Lemon juice
2 oz margarine
3 heaped dessertspoon soft brown sugar
Quick porridge oats

How to make Apple Crunchie:

Peel and cut up the cooking apples and place into a greased pie dish, sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix together the margarine and sugar, and enough oats to make a firm mixture.
