You will need:
2 Cooked beetroots
Grated Horseradish
French Dressing
How to make a Beetroot Salad:
Slice or dice your already cooked beetroot and arrange in a bowl. Sprinkle freshly grated horseradish over the beetroot (according to taste). Pour a little French dressing over the beetroot and radish, gently fold in. Serve immediately.
This traditional beetroot salad recipe is lovely served with fresh crusty bread, cheese and ham.
If you don't like horseradish, dry mustard powder may be added to the French dressing instead, leaving out the horseradish all together.
