You will need:
Fresh Broccoli
Thick mayonnaise
Chopped cooked vegetables (peas, carrots etc)
How to make Broccoli Salad:
Cook the fresh broccoli in boiling water, drain and place into a bowl, when cold pour mayonnaise dressing over the top and garnish with chopped cooked leftover vegetables. Garnish with lettuce leaves and sprinkle with a little fresh parsley if desired.
