Mint Sauce recipe...

You will need:
1 teacup full of mint
½ pint vinegar
6 oz sugar
How to make Mint Sauce:
Finely chop the mint and leave to one side. Boil the vinegar and sugar together and take off the heat. Add the chopped mint and leave to cool. When cold pour into sterilised glass bottles or jars.
This is a lovely old fashioned mint sauce that will keep for upto 12 months. When required for use, add more vinegar, as the sauce should be quite thick when made.
