You will need:
Radish, straight from the garden
Cold water with ice
How to make Radish Roses:
Cut the roots off the radish and make 4-6 cuts down, almost to the base, taking care not to cut right through.
Place into the cold water and leave until the radish opens like a rose.
This is so simple to do, but do make sure that you don't cut straight through the radish or else it will just fall to pieces.
