You will need:
Large bunch of Swiss Chard
1 Clove of garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch Dried crushed red pepper
1 tsp Butter
Salt
How to make Sauteed Swiss Chard:
Wash and trim the swiss chard. Remove the bottom third of the stalk and discard. Dry swiss chard leaves and roughly chop. Heat the olive oil in a large flat bottomed pan over a gentle heat. Add the sliced garlic and crushed red pepper. Saute spices for a minute, but do not burn. Add the swiss chard, cover and leave to cook for approximately 5 minutes, tossing occasionally. Add 2 tablespoons of water, replace lid and continue to cook until the swiss chard is cooked. Add salt, place into a serving dish and add a knob of butter to taste.
